Some models require a credit card; others accept any card or cash. The two features - no deposit and payment flexibility - are independent. A car may have no deposit but still need a credit card, or accept cash but require a small hold.
When you confirm a booking, 4Drive collects a booking advance by card online. This advance is a portion of the total rental rate, not a deposit or hold. The remaining balance is paid at the airport counter when you sign the rental agreement.
